Standard delivery (Free Delivery)
The estimated delivery time will be between 7-10 days, depending on the delivery address.
(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)

For all online purchases, we have our return policy of 5 days from the day of delivery.
- If you wish to exchange your product simply write us on hello@tumuh.in and obtain your exchange.
- Kindly note, the products must be unused with original hang tags and a valid receipt for being eligible for returns.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue TUMUH Credits, as per your preferred choice.
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

Accessories: gloves, scarf, hairband, turban, hat, belt, bracelets, bow tie, sunglasses, sock, jewelry, umbrella, stocking, tights, bodysuits, etc. not returnable.
Fragrances: not returnable.
Embroidered Products : not returnable, only exchange for defects.
Cosmetics: not returnable.
