Refund policy

The refund will be initiated to your TUMUH wallet or the original payment as per your request.

Refund processing time : Refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours upon receipt of your package at our warehouse after a quality check.

Please note : Pick up service of INR 300 will be levied on returns which will be deducted from your product price. 

Custom Fit products are not returnable.

For return pick ups our logistic partner will pick your product in one/two attempts. If you do not hand over the product in two successful attempts your return will be cancelled. 

Bare in mind all our products are made per order, hand tags may or may not be available.
