Shipping & Returns
- The estimated delivery time will be between 7-10 days in INDIA, depending on the delivery address.(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)
- An advance of 1000 INR will be collected for custom fit orders and the remaining amount will be adjusted at the time of delivery for COD orders.
Express Delivery - INR 200
- The estimated delivery time will be within 5 days in INDIA, depending on the delivery address.(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)
- An advance of 1000 INR will be collected for custom fit orders and the remaining amount will be adjusted at the time of delivery for COD orders.
Priority Delivery 1-2 days - INR 1000
- The estimated delivery time will be within 1-2 days in INDIA, depending on the delivery address.(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)
- We do not accept COD orders for priority delivery.
International Orders
- Orders which are placed outside of India would have an extra shipping fee borne by the customer.
- A separate email will be sent to you with all the details of shipping charges & timeline for delivery of your order after placing an order with us.
- COD (cash on delivery) unavailable for cross border orders.
- To file a return you may connect with us on email.

For all online purchases, we have our return policy of 5 days from the day of delivery.
- If you wish to return your product simply write us on returns@tumuh.in and obtain your return or file a return on our returns portal.
- Kindly note, the products must be unused with original hang tags and a valid receipt for being eligible for returns.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money to the source account. For COD orders we will ask you for your bank details.
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

Order values above INR 20,000 will require an advance of 30% of the order value.
Kindly make sure to mention your order number while placing a return. Return requests will not be processed without your order number.
Orders shipped through express shipping have a same day return policy and not a 5 days return policy.
Order shipped for a specific date or sooner delivery date will receive tumuh credits in case of returns.

Refunds
The refund will be initiated to your TUMUH wallet or the original payment as per your request.
Refund processing time : Refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours from TUMUH upon receipt of your package.
Please note : Pick up service of INR 300 will be levied on returns which will be deducted from your product price.
For return pick ups our logistic partner will pick your product in one/two attempts. If you do not hand over the product in two successful attempts your return will be cancelled.
Cancellations are not allowed on priority delivery orders.
Bare in mind all our products are made per order, hand tags may or may not be available.
